Spring Roving

It has been raining for weeks and then I got sick. This was my first day outside in almost a month. I found that I had a new jeep and just couldn't wait to test it out. The royal doctor said I needed to take it easy. I drove slowly around the grounds. Normally, I would have Spicey over and we'd see how many times we could flip the jeep. But she's been sick too.

After a bit, I found a new place to sit. I know it wasn't there before I was sick. It had a blanket and pillow. it looked like a nice place to rest after my drying around. I sat and listened to the birds and watched the leaves I know not much like me. But then I am not fully better yet.

I wish Spicey was feeling better so we could enjoy some of the spring together. I laid back and took a little nap.

Uncle Sitting Slumber Party

With Papa away from the kingdom and Eddrym running things, the only people who really get time to do what they want are Spicey, Me, and Caly. Well, Caly was out looking for a new place to find art. Edd was a bit down running the kingdom and there was a new guy around. I told my big brother that he need to go out with the new guy. So he asked the Uncles to "babysit".

Wait. Spicey and I aren't babies. And even if we were, we wouldn't want anyone sitting on us. Edd chuckled and left to go out with his new boyfriend. Uncle Ferox was the first to arrive. We talked him into watching movies with us. Then he said it was bedtime. We didn't want to go just yet so we mentioned that we had not had a snack yet. We wrapped ourselves around him and pleaded for a snack and one more movie before bed. I even climbed up to try to scratch his ears. After all he is a fox and he loves it when I scratch his ears in his small fox form.

So we ran into the kitchen to Uncle Russ and begged with our best pleading pouty faces for some cupcakes and ice cream before bed. He was a bit hesitant at first, but we got ice cream with sprinkles as a compromise and one more movie. We fell asleep in the living room.

The moral of this story: If my mouth doesn't say it. My face sure will. And with having all the cute factor as the Littlest Arrow. Most of the time get what I want.

Confection Capers

Now the Edd is King and Papa is lost in who knows where. We get cake and sweet treats all the time. I also see more of Garrik. Garrik is my nephew and forever four. We have lots of fun hiding and eating the treats. Though Edd says we don't have to hide to eat them.

Garrik grabbed the cake and I got the drinks. We were off to find a table to hide under and eat the sweets we found. There is nothing better than hidden sweets. Okay so maybe stolen hidden treats.
