Snow Day

I woke up this morning and saw all the white snow. I just couldn't wait to get outside to play in it. I quickly got dressed in my new snowflake dress with a matching headband and shoes. Then I ran outside to play in the snow. You are probably wondering where my coat is? Who needs a coat? Besides, it would only hide this wonderful dress.

I built a snowman on a nearby pile of snow. When I finished decided to lay on the pile and catch snowflakes. While I was catching snowflakes on my nose and tongue, two squirrels came closer and closer. When they saw that I wasn't moving they dove into the snow. I guess I was on top of their winter nuts stash.

I played outside for many hours no one seemed to notice. Since Papa and I now live in the Fae Realm there is a lot more magic. As I was enjoying my day I started missing Daddy and somehow conjured up a balloon. I jumped in and started floating away to see Daddy.

Don't worry I didn't make it too far. It seems that the magic alerted Papa and Uncle Azi and they popped in and pulled back the balloon. "Small Lady, Just where do you think you are going?" Papa asked.

"I was going to see Daddy." i reply "You said I could go whenever I wanted."

"Yes, but you have to wait until he's home to go. Remember he's on a very long vacation."

"Oh, yeah." I sigh kinda sad. I hug Papa and he takes me inside for some hot cocoa and marshmallows.
